Luxury Heritage Holiday Rental – Fleurieu Peninsula
A piece of paradise – South Australia’s Fleurieu Peninsula
Normanville
The Olives is a National Trust-registered house near Yankalilla, the centre of South Australia’s beautiful Fleurieu Peninsula, otherwise known as “Tuscany with gum trees.” It sits in a spectacular four-acre garden and is surrounded by a plantation of 165-year-old olive trees.
Steeped in history from South Australia’s earliest settlement days, the Heritage House at The Olives is available for short term stays … a perfect place to unwind, leave the city behind, commune with the birds and find unparalleled peace and serenity.
You can choose between the old Heritage House with its unique ambience and cosy antique furnishings, or the more modern Garden Cottage, secluded amid nature’s beauty.
Or, you may wish to select both.
Each dwelling accommodates four adults and can be hired separately or together. The Heritage House has a bedroom with four child bunks. So, if you are a party of eight adults and four kids, we can accommodate you.
Located just 90 minutes from Adelaide and 30 minutes from the renowned McLaren Vale wine region, The Olives offers the perfect base for exploring South Australia’s Fleurieu Peninsula. Discover nearby attractions including Normanville, Victor Harbor, Goolwa, Second Valley’s pristine beaches, and world-class wineries – all while enjoying the tranquility of luxury heritage accommodation.
